ReadySnap

Privacy Policy

Your files stay on your device.

ReadySnap is an on-device file preparation app. It helps you make local ready-copy files from photos, videos, PDFs, and common image formats so they are easier to use with websites, email, and forms.

Effective date: 2026-06-28

Data We Collect

ReadySnap does not collect personal data in the current release.

The app does not include accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or a production upload service.

Files You Choose

Files are selected by you and processed on your device. ReadySnap creates a new ready-copy file and leaves the original file unchanged.

Supported local processing can include image compression, HEIC/HEIF to JPG conversion, WEBP/GIF/TIFF/BMP to JPG conversion, static JPG copies from GIF inputs, PDF copy, PDF split or downsample handling, video compression when the device supports it, and metadata cleanup such as removing photo location data from output copies.

Network Use

The core ready-file flow does not require network access. ReadySnap does not upload your files to ReadySnap servers.

Recent Ready Files

Saved ready files may appear in the local Recent ready files list so you can share them again. These entries point to app-created files stored on your device. You can remove individual entries or clear the list in the app.

Third-Party Services

ReadySnap is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with any government agency, school, employer, medical portal, email provider, marketplace, messaging app, or online service.

When you choose to share a ready file, your device may show system share options or third-party apps you have installed. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices.
